MeetKora ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MeetKora AI receptionist service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (meetkora.ai) and services.
Account Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and business name when you create an account.
Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Call Data: Call recordings, transcripts, caller information, and AI-generated summaries.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service.
MeetKora offers optional SMS notifications. Message frequency varies based on call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
MeetKora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MeetKora offers an optional Google Calendar integration that allows our AI receptionist to check your availability and book appointments on your behalf during phone calls.
What We Access: We may create, read, modify, and delete calendar events solely at the direction of your callers during active phone calls — for example, to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments on your behalf.
Why We Access It: Calendar data is accessed solely to enable real-time appointment scheduling during phone calls handled by your AI receptionist.
Data Storage: We store an OAuth refresh token to maintain your calendar connection. Your calendar availability data (free/busy times) is queried in real time during active phone calls and is not stored on our servers. Appointment details created by Kora are written directly to your Google Calendar and are not separately stored by MeetKora.
No Sharing of Google Data: Your Google Calendar data is never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party — including our service providers such as Twilio, OpenAI, or any other vendor. Google Calendar data is used exclusively by MeetKora's appointment scheduling feature.
Disconnecting: You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your MeetKora dashboard. Upon disconnection, we immediately revoke our access token and delete the stored refresh token from our servers. No Google Calendar data is retained after disconnection.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Account data deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Contact hello@meetkora.ai to exercise these rights.
