These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MeetKora, operated by Kaptan Leisure Company LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
MeetKora is an AI-powered phone receptionist service. Our AI agent answers inbound phone calls on your behalf, handles caller inquiries, books appointments via Google Calendar integration, captures lead information, and sends you post-call summaries via email and SMS. MeetKora also offers outbound calling campaigns to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and conduct outreach.
To use MeetKora, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, keeping your login credentials secure, all activity on your account, and notifying us immediately at hello@meetkora.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
MeetKora offers an optional integration with Google Calendar to enable real-time appointment scheduling during phone calls. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize MeetKora to access your Google Calendar to check appointment availability and to create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf when callers book, reschedule, or cancel appointments during calls. You may revoke access at any time from your MeetKora dashboard. MeetKora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MeetKora offers optional SMS notifications. Users who opt-in via their account dashboard will receive SMS messages regarding call summaries, caller details, and action items.
Message frequency varies based on your inbound call volume. You will receive one message per inbound call handled by the AI.
Message and data rates may apply. MeetKora does not charge for this service, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to use MeetKora for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam calls, reverse engineering, or violations of any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MeetKora is a paid subscription service billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no partial refunds. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. MeetKora is not liable for damages or missed calls resulting from downtime or outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetKora and Kaptan Leisure Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including missed calls, lost leads, lost business, scheduling errors, or inaccurate AI responses. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel via your dashboard or by contacting hello@meetkora.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Connected integrations such as Google Calendar will be disconnected and tokens revoked.
Your use of MeetKora is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information including Google Calendar data, SMS data, and third-party sharing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or dashboard notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
